Refund Policy

At Feel Industries, we take pride in offering high-quality apparel that embodies movement, vitality, and personal power. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

This Refund Policy is provided by Faculty of Thinking Pty Ltd (ABN 31 613 988 480), the parent company of Feel Industries.

 

1. Returns and Refund Eligibility

As many of our items are made to order or fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or delayed delivery outside our control.

We will, however, offer a replacement or full refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Is incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., wrong item, colour, or size)

 

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at f33l.industries@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item (and packaging if applicable)

We will assess your request and respond within 3 business days.

 

3. Return Instructions (if applicable)

If we request a return of the item:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided via email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Do not send returns without contacting us first.

 

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

  • Please note: depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

 

5. Exchanges

Due to our production model, we do not offer exchanges unless an item is defective or sent in error. Please refer to our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

 

6. Faulty Items

If a product is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
