  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that some products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers, which may result in varying processing times depending on the item and supplier.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Australia-wide

  • Internationally to select countries

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Australia (Standard Shipping): 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)

Please note: These are estimated times only. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, postal delays, or high seasonal demand.

 

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

 

5. Tracking

  • Most orders will include tracking information once dispatched.

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

 

6. Split Shipments

Due to our use of multiple suppliers and third-party print-on-demand services, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking for each shipment when applicable.

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

8. Lost or Delayed Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery:

  • Feel Industries is not liable for delays caused by postal services or third-party carriers.
